How to Stand Out without Selling Out
Want to silence a room?
Try blurting out things like, “You can’t find this on YouTube or Google. You can’t find this anywhere else. And there won’t ever be something like this ever again!”
It felt weird because I don’t make bold statements without overthinking them first.

How can we compete?
During a coffee chat with female founders, my outburst (above) stemmed from a shared frustration: when people say they can find our offers for cheap or free somewhere else.
I know — they’re not my people and don’t understand the value. Moving on…
But how do we stand out in an oversaturated market where someone else can work faster and cheaper than us?
💰 That is the million-dollar question among business owners and traditional employees.
Let’s pump the brakes and return to the basics.
What Millennials can’t resist.
My people are millennials (mostly women, all feminists). And there are two things that every millennial loves:
